I was very happy to hear about your organization. Hopefully, you can answer some questions about Constitutional law. First of all, does the Supreme Court have the ability to nullify the 2016 Presidential Election results if they were to find that the process was so corrupted by foreign agencies colluding with one of the candidates that the results were invalid? I understand that this has never had to be addressed. Secondly, what would the remedy be? Install the “losing” party, hold a special election?
I am asking these questions to learn if there is an alternative to impeachment. Conviction of Trump would only install Pence who could well be worse, just a more sophisticated and socially acceptable version of Trump. Removal of both Trump and Pence by the Supreme Court would only install Ryan as President. These are not palatable remedies. Thanks to anyone that can help.
